Overview of Services

The NCI High-Throughput Imaging Facility (HiTIF) collaborates with NCI and NIH Investigators to develop novel microscopy and computational approaches for the systematic quantifications of cellular phenotypes via high-throughput imaging (HTI) or Spatial Bioinformatics.

NCI and NIH researchers Interested in initiating an HTI project with HiTIF should:

  1. Sign up for an iLab account here 
  2. Once approvded by their PI, they should submit a consultation request wih the Facility Head.
